Most local businesses do not have a few thousand pounds sitting spare for a website, and the ones that do would rather spend it on a van or a lad on the tools. So we spread it. You pay a flat fee each month, the site is ours to keep working, and you can stop whenever it stops earning its keep.

Cheap on paper. Then the designing, the writing, the photos, the SEO and every fix afterwards is your job, forever, on the evenings you were going to spend not working.

One number covers the build, the domain, the hosting and every change you ask for. Nothing up front. If you want a price changed on a Tuesday, you send a message and it is done, with no invoice attached.

The design and the build
Written, designed and built for your business, not dropped into a template with your logo swapped in. There is no separate setup charge for any of it.
Your own domain
yourbusiness.co.uk rather than something with a platform name buried in it. Included in the fee, and it belongs to you.
Hosting and the padlock
Fast hosting and the security certificate that puts the padlock in the address bar. No separate hosting bill turning up in month three.
Unlimited changes
Every plan, no cap. New prices, new photos, a service you have stopped offering. The only thing that changes between plans is how fast we turn them around.
Someone local to ring
We are on the South Coast. When something looks wrong you get a person on the phone, not a ticket number and a reply in four working days.
No lock-in
No minimum term. Thirty days notice and you are out, with no exit fee and no final invoice waiting for you.
The awkward question
So what happens if I cancel?
Fair question, and the short answer is nothing dramatic. It is the question we get asked most and the one plenty of agencies get vague about, so here it is in plain terms.
Your domain is yours and we hand it over. Your content, your words and your photos are yours and always were. What stops is the hosting and the management, so the site itself comes down unless you arrange somewhere else to put it, and we would rather help you do that than make the last month unpleasant. There is no exit fee and no final invoice past the 30 days notice.
The honest reason we can be relaxed about it is that a site nobody is maintaining stops being worth much fairly quickly. We would rather keep you because the phone is ringing than because leaving is a nuisance.

There genuinely is not. The design and the build are covered by the monthly price. You do not pay anything before the site exists and you do not pay anything extra when it goes live.
There is not one. No fixed contract, no twelve month tie-in. Cancel with 30 days notice whenever you like.
Your domain and your content are yours and we hand the domain over. The hosting and management stop, so the site comes down unless you arrange somewhere else for it to live, and we will help you sort that rather than leave you stuck. No exit fee.
Your domain, your words and your photos are yours outright. The site is built and hosted by us as part of the plan, which is what keeps the monthly fee where it is instead of thousands up front.
By card, on a monthly subscription through Stripe. It comes out on the same date each month. If annual billing would suit you better, ask us and we will look at it.
For the Starter plan, yes. Domain and hosting are inside that number, not billed on top. The only reason to pay more is if you want what Growth or Elite add, and you can move up or down whenever you like.
