The map box is the part that gets the calls.
Search for a plumber on your phone and look at what actually fills the screen. A map, three businesses, their star ratings and a call button. Plenty of people tap one of those three before they scroll far enough to reach the ordinary results. Your Google Business Profile is what decides whether you are one of them.
A profile is free to set up, which is why almost everyone has one and almost nobody finishes one. Half-filled categories, no service list, hours that were right in 2024, four photos. Google hands the space to whoever gives it the most to work with, so most of this job is simply doing the boring parts properly and then not letting them go stale.

Google verifies by postcard, phone or a short video of your van, tools and premises. It has to be you. We send a step by step guide and stay on the phone through it if you would rather not do it alone.

We cannot verify it for you
Google will not let anyone verify a business on the owner's behalf. If somebody tells you they can, they are offering to break Google's rules with your listing on the line. We guide you through it instead.
We cannot write or delete reviews
Posting reviews for you is against Google's terms and gets profiles suspended. We can help you word a reply to a bad one, and we make it as easy as possible for happy customers to leave a good one.
We cannot promise the map box
How close the searcher is standing to you counts, and nobody controls that. What we can control is that your profile is complete, active and better filled in than the three businesses currently sitting above you.

It is better. An older profile with history on it usually does more for you than a brand new one. We get you confirmed as owner, ourselves added as a manager, and then we finish the parts that were left blank.
It depends entirely on which method Google picks for you. A video verification can be done the same day. A postcard takes a couple of weeks to arrive. We cannot speed Google up, but we can make sure nothing on your end holds it up.
No, and nobody reputable will. Fake reviews are against Google's terms and get profiles suspended. What we do is design you a printable review QR code so real customers can leave one in about fifteen seconds.
